Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why are people so excited about ERM?

People find that ERM is a refreshing way to build relationships. We’ve taken many of the frustrations out of the typical networking model and replaced them with a very unique brand of networking that we call E2. We’ve also included training to make your networking much more effective, saving you time and increasing your results. There are many more benefits to becoming part of the ERM family. • How is ERM different from other networking groups?

ERM is very different from other groups. We’ve combined many components together in order to give you the best chance of growing your business. Our training will teach you a completely different mindset to use wherever you network. Our software (included in the membership) will help you determine WHO to spend your valuable time developing relationships with. We aren’t about selling, but rather building a team of people who do the selling for you. Which would you rather have: 20 customers or 20 people bringing you new business throughout the year?

  • How many times may I visit before becoming a member?

All guests are welcome to visit up to (2) two E2 networking events before deciding if they would like to become a member of ERM.

  • Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes. There is a 30 day money back guarantee. If you don’t feel that you are getting the value you expect, simply let us know within 30 days and we will refund your money – no questions asked.

  • Is the group made up of real business people?

Yes. We have a broad range of people representing a variety of industries. The ERM family is made up of decision makers and influencers of small and medium size businesses. Most of our members are entrepreneurs who are looking to support and collaborate with other like-minded business professionals. Our members are trained to grow their businesses by creating relationships on a foundation of a giving culture.

  • Are there any referral quotas?

There are no referral quotas at ERM. Our philosophy is that referrals should be of a quality nature, not based on quantity. We’ll teach you how to develop your A-Team that gives you referrals and then how to escalate the number of referrals coming from that select group. Quotas are irrelevant once you build the proper referral engine.

  • What if I join and then don’t get any referrals?

If you become a member of the ERM family and then find out after a time that you still aren’t getting referrals, we have the necessary resources to help you discover why. We can also help you overcome whatever obstacles seem to be in the way of cultivating your referral engine. Some people want to blame whatever group they belong to. Usually, the problem rests not with the group, but instead their message, their product, or their mindset.

  • How often are the workshops conducted?

Workshops are conducted approximately every 4-6 weeks. Our most popular workshop, Renovate, is conducted more often than the other two since it is the foundational change to benefit your business development efforts.

  • If someone from my industry (a competitor) is already part of the group, can I still join?

Of course you can join! We do not have any exclusivity within the family for a very simple reason: Have you ever met someone that has exclusivity in a group, but you would never refer anyone to them? Most people have. Some people will clique with your competitor. Others will clique with you. With a mature attitude of abundance, you’ll realize that there is plenty of business to go around for everyone.

  • Are the results real?

The results are as real as the effort you are willing to put in while following our principles. If you participate in the workshops, the E2 networking events, and work hard to develop your A-Team, then you should see results from your efforts. However, they don’t happen on their own. If you joined a gym, but never went to it and performed a work-out, would you expect to get more fit? Of course not. We can provide much of the environment you need to develop your business, but we can’t lift weights for you. You have to use your membership to its maximum potential.

  • Can I spread out my membership dues?

Yes. You can choose to pay your dues all up front (to get the discount), or over the next twelve calendar months.

  • Can I upgrade my membership at a later date?

Yes. You can upgrade your membership at any time. When you upgrade, your annual membership will start at the upgrade date.

  • Can I attend all the events as a member?

Yes, as a member of ERM you can attend any and all events that are available at your membership level. The majority of all events are available to the Quick-Start (entry level) membership. Events that are limited will be clearly identified in the description of each event.

  • Do I have to re-join in each market?

No. Your single ERM membership can be used anywhere there is an official ERM event being conducted – any state, any city. As ERM grows, so does your potential customer base!

  • Do I get compensated if I bring other members into the group?

There is a referral program available. It is typically introduced around 90 days after you have experienced all that ERM has to offer. Ask an event host for more details.

  • Can I become an event host?

Possibly. Many people quickly realize the benefits of being an event host to help grow their business. We are fortunate to have a waiting list of people who have applied to be an event host. There is an application process and only a few meet the qualifications. If you are interested, please contact us via email to let us know.

  • Can I become a trainer?

Our trainers are a very select group of people who are screened heavily to provide expert advice to the members who attend a workshop. Many people express interest in becoming a trainer and not everyone will qualify. If you are interested, please send us an email and we can discuss the possibility of including you in the list of qualified trainers for a given location.
